Happy Mother's Day to Me!!!!

Yesterday was my first Mother’s Day as an official Mother–whoo hoo!! We had a good time. Ben and Adri took me to Culver’s for lunch. They have the BEST fried cheese curds and frozen custard this side of the Mississippi!! That was kind of a spur-of-the-moment thing, since I didn’t want to make anything for lunch. Then for dinner, they took me to Edelweiss, one of our favorite restaurants of all time. It was wonderful. I didn’t have to do a thing!!!

But alas, Mother’s Day ended at midnight, so I’m back to my normal daily activities. Today started with some fasting blood work at the lab. I FINALLY found a Reproductive Endocrinologist who is going to DO something about the PCOS instead of sign me up for IVF. Now I’m off to try to get that funky smell out of the kitchen and the dog off the laundry so I can put it away.
